Short description:
The end of the war is near. Unexperienced, young man is assigned to guard
the arrested SS officer, the secretary and mistress of German major.
One day, in the middle of love game between them, a commissar enters
the prison. The young boy hits him and runs with the girl. A pursuit
starts, led by his comrades. The two of them, like hunted beasts,
run towards the river, where salvation awaits them. In the midle
of war chaos, of running, love occurs which grows from passion to
tenderness. The forbidden love brings the young man in front of the
gun barrels of his comrades. The girl manages to reach the river and
to disappear with the first morning light.
