Hilarious tragedy

Short description:
A doctor decides to, protesting against the inhuman life conditions and
lack of medicines caused by breaking up of the former Yugoslavia and
sanctions, close the mental diseases clinic, wishing to return sick
people home or to turn them to someone who will accept them temporarily.
Since one of the patients wants to marry, the doctor gets his
patients out to the street. A person who "can fly" goes along with
them, but only in their imagination. But, troubles start on their first
step out of the clinic. Free, unaccustomed to "normal" society
game rules, the patients do what they like, not concerned for the chaos
they produce.
